the hotel provided easy access via buses and trams to major attractions! laundry facilities were really helpful. i found many local eating options close to the hotel in hatchobori, so food was never a problem. the room was always clean and well-kept.
the room layout. there wasn't much space to move around with luggage.

I found the reception staff helpful. They stored my baggage after checkout. The location is convenient. I could walk to shukkeien garden and the peace park. This saved me on transportation costs (i spent the savings on famichiki!). The bathroom setup made getting ready each day easy.
The hotel had feather pillows. I would have preferred a non-allergenic option as i have allergies.

The staff REALLY helped me book a taxi to the train station when I checked out. They ALSO held my bags before check-in. The location felt GREAT and the room size was good.
I stayed 4 nights , and the room had nowhere to put clothes. The room is small , and the layout WASN'T designed well. There were no drawers to put clothes in.
